Mexican Notice to Quit
A Notice to Quit is used by the Landlord to terminate its lease with a Tenant due to the Tenant's undertaking of illegal or dangerous activities on the Premises. The Tenant is informed that the lease is terminated and the Premises must be vacated within a certain time period.
